The Hebrew word for “love”, written on this magical stone that dear Shlomit gave me as a present three days ago.
Such a sweet sound, such a deep resonance to name a love that can be touched and has a specific weight: a love that stays.
This is the kind of love I am receiving and trying to give back every single day since I started this project.
To the friends who have hosted, helped, encouraged and loved me during this last month and a half in Israel (dearest Eva, Adam and Arik, the whole Acrich-Salama and De-Mayo families, and many other people so close to my heart already), to my beautiful and sensitive teammates, to our first five wonderful interviewees and to everyone who generously keeps track of us through the blog (more than 40 and growing!) and writes warm and supporting comments and messages (Víctor, Lucia, Santiago, Ana, Mercedes, Paloma, Mónica, Eva, Tato, Ana and many others):

La palabra hebrea para “amor”, escrita sobre la piedra mágica que me regaló mi querida Shlomit hace tres días.
Un sonido tan dulce, una resonancia tan profunda para nombrar un amor que se toca y tiene un peso específico: un amor que permanece.
Esta es la clase de amor que estoy recibiendo y con el que trato de corresponder cada día desde que empecé el proyecto.
A los amigos que me han acogido, ayudado, animado y cuidado durante este último mes y medio (mis queridísimos Eva, Adam y Arik, las familias Acrich-Salama y De-Mayo al completo y mucha otra gente que tiene ya un lugar en mi corazón), a mis hermosas y sensibles compañeras, a nuestros primeros cinco maravillosos entrevistados y a todos los que han seguido nuestra pista a través del blog (¡más de cuarenta y creciendo!) y nos han enviado cálidos comentarios y mensajes de apoyo (Víctor, Lucía, Santiago, Ana, Mercedes, Paloma, Mónica, Eva, Tato, Ana y muchos otros):
