It seems easy, a children’s game, but it is not.
Each of us has to find her place and own it, to learn her role and feel it, to realize that we all belong in the field and that, without any of us, the picture would not be complete, the work would not be possible.
We are working hard, each on her own and also together, learning in the process as much about the work as about ourselves, both as a team and as individuals.
Now, less than twenty-four hours before the great moment, every piece seems to fit. But the puzzle won’t be finished until tomorrow we sit in front of our interviewee and the conversation starts.
Then the picture will come to life and our task will be to trust and let it flow. On account of love.
Antes de la primera entrevista
Parece fácil, un juego de niños, pero no lo es.
Cada una de nosotras tiene que encontrar su lugar y hacerlo suyo, aprender su papel y sentirlo, darse cuenta de que todas formamos parte del campo y que, si alguna faltara, la imagen estaría incompleta, el trabajo no sería posible.
Estamos trabajando duro, cada una por su lado y también juntas, aprendiendo en el proceso tanto sobre el trabajo en sí como sobre nosotras mismas, como equipo y como individuos.
Ahora, a menos de veinticuatro horas del gran momento, cada pieza parece encajar. Pero el puzle no estará acabado hasta que mañana nos sentemos frente a la persona a la que vamos a entrevistar y comience la conversación.
Entonces la imagen cobrará vida y nuestra tarea será confiar y dejar que fluya. Por amor.
